General Information
We are excited about your interest in VBI Student Housing. Our desire is to provide a comfortable, safe environment for you to pursue your Bible school education. VBI student housing is a “dorm” style community. Each apartment is approximately 960 sq.ft. with 2 bedrooms 2 bath, providing numerous amenities to help you get started; fully furnished living room, dining room and bedroom, washer and drier in each apartment, refrigerator with water and ice machine, microwave, stove and dishwasher.
VBI student housing currently accommodates 88 “FULL TIME” VBI and IMT students. The numbers of spaces available in Housing are limited. To ensure, however not guarantee, that a space would be reserved for you, these steps must be completed:
1. A VBI acceptance letter as a “FULL TIME” student for the current year.
2. A completed VBI Student Housing application on file at the VBI housing office.
3. A $250.00 refundable security deposit turned into the VBI housing office.
Please do your best to ensure these three steps have been completed as soon as possible.
The security deposit is standard for anyone moving into an apartment, rental home, etc. Its purpose is to secure the owner from damage done to the residence. As a Housing resident, if you comply with the rental agreement, when you check out of Housing the security deposit will be refunded to you.
If your application is accepted, you will receive a letter of acceptance with more specific information about VBI Student Housing. Please be sure to fill in the “Requested Date of Occupancy” on the Housing application. The VBI housing office will contact you with available move in dates and times. Our pro-rated daily rate is $10.00 per day. Rent per month is $250.00 and is due on the 25th of each month. Contact Information:
